The Geneva Public Works Department is repairing asphalt on McKinley Avenue July 26 which has closed the roadway from State (Route 38) to Peyton streets.

Public Works had previously installed new water infrastructure on McKinley Avenue. Motorists can use Anderson Boulevard as an alternate route.

The road was shut down at 7:30 a.m. and is expected to reopen by late afternoon July 26. For more information, call the Public Works Department Street Division at 630-232-1501.
