The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding the City's Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations for the 304 Deerfield Way - Fence Height Variation.

Following the Sep. 14 public hearing, the commission, with a vote of 4-0 (two commissioners were absent, one recused herself), recommended the City Council approve the requested fence height variation. 

The City Council will consider the recommendations at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct 2 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.
