The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with the Aug. 12 City Council denial for the Verizon Tower - Randall Road project.

Additionally, the variation request for 117 McKinley Ave. was edited and reduced. The applicant was previously requesting variations for both the side yard and front yard setback; now the applicant is only requesting a variation for the front yard setback, which has altered from a 15.25-foot setback to a 14.73 feet.
