Several project applications have been updated on the City of Geneva Development Projects Map. 

The City’s Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St., for the 601 N. First Street Porch Variation application.

Additionally, two concept renderings have been added to the 514 Maple Lane Porch Variation, and the north setback variation request was revised for the 501 Lark St. Daycare Facility.
