[ARCHIVED] Geneva Police Urges Caution For Those Driving To Swedish Days Festival

The Geneva Police Department would like to remind residents and visitors that the Swedish Days Festival is expected to draw large crowds to downtown Geneva Tuesday to Sunday, June 23 to 28.

There will be heavier traffic than normal along with many pedestrians. Motorists should use caution when driving through the downtown. Throughout the week, South Third Street, in front of the historic Kane County Courthouse, will be closed at different times for daily/nightly entertainment.

More information about Swedish Days can be found at the link below. The Police Department asks that you exercise patience and have a safe and enjoyable week!
