[ARCHIVED] Kane County Health Department Hosting Well & Septic Seminar For Homeowners

People who have a well and/or septic tank in their home and want to learn how to properly maintain these systems are invited to a free seminar being hosted by the Kane County Health Department.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30 at the University of Illinois Extension Office, 535 Randall Road, St. Charles. Registration begins at 5:45 p.m.

Participants will learn how both well and septic tanks operate and how to properly maintain both systems. Water well test kits will be provided to each household at no charge.

People interested in attending should RSVP by Monday, Sept. 28 by calling the Kane County Health Department at 630-444-3040.
