Residents attempting to report a concern to the City of Geneva via our online request tracker system may experience some technical difficulties.
Our website provider is aware of the problem and is hoping to have the issue resolved this week. In the meantime, it may be best to report issues by calling our City departments. A link to our staff phone directory can be found below.
