UPDATE: The online bill payment system has been restored as of 10:15 a.m. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: As of 8:30 a.m. Oct. 26, the City's online bill payment system remains down due to technical issues related to the Oct. 25 scheduled maintenance.
The City is monitoring the situation and hopes to have the issue resolved shortly. If you have questions regarding your bill, please call the City's Finance Division at 630-232-0854.

The City of Geneva has scheduled system maintenance for its online utility bill payment system starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25.
Customers will not be able to make online bill payments during this time. The system should be operational Wednesday, Oct. 26.
If your utility bill is due Oct. 25, please plan accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
