The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated in regards to the Khanna Dentistry zoning variation, 1950-2000 Batavia Ave. sign variation & text amendment, and the Fence Height text amendment.

The Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval for both the Khanna Dentistry variation and the Fence Height text amendment. Both projects will be considered at the next City Council meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. 

The Commission also voted to continue the public hearing for the 1950-2000 Batavia Ave. sign variation & text amendment until Thursday, Sept. 22 meeting.
