South Street from Sixth to Seventh streets will be closed until late afternoon July 25 as the Geneva Public Works Department replaces asphalt for a previous Water Division infrastructure project.

Motorists can use Fulton Street as an alternate route.

On the City's east side, Public Works crews are resuming a storm sewer installation July 25 that shuts down Oakwood Drive from School to Dodson streets.

Work began July 24, and the roadway was temporarily reopened overnight before being closed again this morning. Construction is anticipated to be finished by late afternoon.

Drivers can use Dodson Street as an alternate route.
