With a big crowd expected, people are encouraged to arrive early at the Kane County Recycles Event from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 540 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.

Recycle electronics such as Christmas lights, computers, keyboards, laptops, printers, televisions (any size or age), stereos, cell phones, microwaves, and more. Crews will unload your vehicle. Books of any age or condition will be recycled and documents will be shredded onsite. Limit is four boxes or paper bags of documents. Remove any plastic or metal bindings and binder clips, but it is okay to leave in envelope windows, staples, & paper clips. The document shredding is for residents only, not businesses.
