The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with details for the Venture Park project and the new Geneva Crossing Townhomes project.

Concerning Venture Park, the Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 9 and voted 4-1 to recommend the City Council deny the requests. The City Council will review the proposal at 7 p.m. Monday, May 20, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. 

The City also received a development application for the new Geneva Crossing Townhomes project. A public hearing will be scheduled before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the near future.
