Geneva’s Mental Health Board works hard to help people with disabilities, mental illness and substance abuse. Board Chairman John Ford sat down with us on “Officially Speaking” to talk about his group’s role in our City government. The show is on at 10:45 a.m. and 10:45 p.m. daily.
