The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendations for the Food Manufacturing - Text Amendment project and the Geneva Crossing Townhomes following the Sept. 26 public hearings.

Concerning the Food Manufacturing - Text Amendment project, the Commission unanimously recommended the City Council modify the request to allow the use as a special use in the I1 district. The City Council will consider the recommendation at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

Regarding the Geneva Crossing Townhomes, the Commission unanimously recommended the City Council approve the requests. A public meeting before the City Council will be scheduled in the near future.
