The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with the Nov. 4 City Council approvals and public hearing information for the Kane County Recycling Facility.

At their Nov. 4 meeting, the City Council approved the 602 McKinley Ave. variation, Brownson-Baumann House Historic Landmark Designation, and the 302 River Planned Unit Development. 

City Council also granted a one-year extension for the Khanna Dentistry Site Plan approval, originally approved on Nov. 20, 2023.

The Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing for the Kane County Recycling Facility project at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. Project documents have been added to the development project page.
