The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding two public hearings and a new project.

The City’s Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct public hearings for the Text Amendment and 828 W. State St. Special Use and Text Amendment and 122 Hamilton St. Special Use projects at 7 p.m. Thursday, September 25, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. Documents have been added to both projects.

Additionally, the City's Development Map has been updated with the 514 Maple Ln. Porch Variation project. The City is reviewing the proposal. Upon satisfactory completion of City staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission.
