The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding two public hearings and a new project application.

The City’s Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct public hearings for the following projects at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.: 

• Text Amendment and 828 W. State St. Special Use 
• Text Amendment and 122 Hamilton St. Special Use 

Supporting documents have been added to both project web pages.

Additionally, the City received a development application for the 514 Maple Lane Porch Variation project. The City is reviewing the proposal. Upon satisfactory completion of City staff review, a public hearing may be scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission.
