Geneva City Hall and other City offices, with the exception of the Police and Fire departments, will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 28-29, for Thanksgiving.

Normal business hours will resume on Monday, Dec. 2.

Garbage collection the week of Nov. 25 will be pushed back one day later than normal due to the holiday. Lakeshore Recycling Systems, the City's contractor, will be picking up trash and recycling Friday and Saturday, Nov. 29-30.

The regular Thursday-Friday garbage schedule returns the week of Dec. 2.

Residents should take note that the City's yard waste program concludes for the year at the end of November.
