The City's contractor, Geneva Construction, will be working on eight road resurfacing and drainage projects as part of the Geneva 2024 street program. Work began in mid-August and is expected to be completed in November, weather permitting. A map and project locations can be found online.

Sept. 4 Update

The contractor is scheduled to pour concrete for the eastern curb on East Side Drive Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 4-5. Once that is finished, construction operations will then shift over to replacing the sidewalk and curbs on the western side of East Side Drive. Road resurfacing will occur following the completion of the concrete work.

With sidewalk work finished on Westfield Course, landscape restoration will begin Sept. 5. Residents should expect asphalt milling, which will generate additional truck traffic, to get underway Friday, Sept. 6 on Westfield Course.

Construction crews also will be applying road striping Sept. 5 in various sections of Geneva.

All road construction is weather-permitting and subject to change.
