The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated with public hearing information for several projects.

Public hearings have been scheduled for the Campbell Courtyard PUD, Accessory Dwelling Unit - Text Amendment, and 117 McKinley Ave. variation projects. The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct the hearings at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Geneva City Hall.

The Historic Preservation Commission public hearing for the Brownson-Baumann House Historic Landmark Designation was opened on Sept. 17 and was continued to the next meeting, scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing for 602 McKinley Ave. variation request at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

Finally, the City Council will consider the Geneva Crossing Townhomes project at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, at Geneva City Hall.
