A second round of City phone and online surveys is underway in Geneva as part of its ongoing facilities community engagement process.

The new surveys, which are shorter in nature, have been designed based on the community’s responses to the original version offered in November. The latest surveys seek resident feedback on the final three options being considered as the City determines a path forward to address the challenges of maintaining its aging buildings.

Residents receiving phone calls from 331-248-6533 simply need to answer the call to take the survey. Results will not be tabulated unless the entire phone survey is completed.

Those who missed the phone survey can call 331-248-6533 at any time through Monday, Dec. 9 to participate at their convenience.

In addition to the phone survey, residents can weigh in with their opinion online by viewing the facilities community engagement phase 3 presentation on the City’s website and completing an online feedback form, which will remain open through Wednesday, Dec. 11.
