The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated regarding four projects.

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended the City Council approve requests related to the 1258 Meadows driveway variations application. The City Council will consider the recommendation at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15 at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St.

The Batavia Avenue sign variation and text amendment has been added to the Development Projects Map.

The 8 Stevens St. demolition has been added to the Development Projects Map and a public hearing has been scheduled to be held by the Historic Preservation Commission regarding this application at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. 

Fox Valley Commerce Center Final PUD & Subdivision will be considered by the Planning & Zoning Commission at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, at Geneva City Hall, 109 James St. A public hearing is not required for this review.
