[ARCHIVED] Executive Place Curb Removal To Start Soon

City Road Construction

The City will be removing curbs the week of Sept. 19 as the first part of the Executive Place road resurfacing project, which is part of the City's 2022 Street Improvement Program.

Geneva Construction, the City's contractor, will start Tuesday, Sept. 20 along the north side of Executive Place. Property owners were notified in a letter to use the parking lot on the south side of Executive Place. Crews also will remove the curb across one of the entrances to the parking lot while leaving the other open for access. If the parking lot reaches capacity, people are asked to park on Glengarry Drive.

The concrete work will take one week to replace and another week for the new surface to cure. Garbage pick-up and mail delivery will not be impacted. After the concrete work is complete, the City anticipates the street surface will be removed and repaved during the second week of October.

The schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.
