The Geneva Finance Department will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 5 as City staff participates in software training
City utility bill payments can be paid online; sent via U.S. Mail; or deposited in dropboxes (no cash please) located at City Hall, the Finance Department, and both Geneva fire stations. Phone payments can be made by calling the City’s interactive voice response (IVR) system at 877-875-2709.
Customers can complete an online form if they would like to start or stop utility service.
All other City facilities will be open to the public. The Finance Department will resume normal business operations on Wednesday, Aug. 6.
