    When setting up an account, please keep in mind that the City needs two business days (Monday-Friday) to process requests. If you have any questions, please contact the Finance Department at 630-232-0854.

  2. Addresses in the Mill Creek subdivision do not use City services. Any address with a direction in the number is not serviced by the City. Please contact the Finance Department if you have any questions.

I confirm the e-mail address I provided under “Utility Account E-Mail” is valid and correct. I understand that I will receive an e-mail titled "City of Geneva - Congratulations on your eBill enrollment!" that will contain my account number. I understand that I will need to create an online profile or link this utility account to an existing online profile in order to view my bill through the online utility portal.

I understand and agree that failure to pay any amount due to the City of Geneva can result in discontinuation of services until such time as payment has been received.
