    When setting up an account, please keep in mind that the Finance Division needs two business days (Monday-Friday) to process request. If you have any questions, please contact the Finance Division at 630-232-0854.

  2. Addresses in Millcreek do not use city services. Any address with a direction in the number is not serviced by the city. Please contact the Finance Division if you have any questions.

  3. We cannot go back in time to get a final read. Please allow two business days (Monday-Friday) for us to obtain a final read.

  5. If you have had a Geneva utility account in your name within the last 5 years, please provide that service address.

I understand and agree that failure to pay any amount due to the City of Geneva can result in discontinuation of services until such time as payment has been received.
