A MetroNet contractor accidentally dug into primary cable without locates, causing a power outage for 24 customers April 12 in the Lincoln Square subdivision on Geneva's west side.

A bad transformer fuse resulted in a 67-minute power outage early March 9 for eight home in the 300 block of Ashby Court in the Fisher Farms subdivision.
