Make Sure You Have A Plan To Vote; Final Week For Police Station Tours

Posted on March 10, 2026 at 5:56 PM by Kevin Stahr

The primary election is one week from today, and we want to make sure residents have a plan in place to cast their ballot.

The public certainly can vote on election day, which is Tuesday, March 17. For those that may want to avoid waiting in line, Kane County is offering early voting opportunities at the Kane County Clerk's Office, 719 S. Batavia Ave., Building B; the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles; and a host of other locations. Some sites even offer weekend hours. Visit the Kane County Elections website for locations and hours of operation for all early voting sites.

Police Station Tours

Residents wanting to see the current condition of the Geneva Police Station, this marks the final week the City is offering tours to the public. Police Chief Eric Passarelli and police staff will provide an hour-long tour to residents on Wednesday, March 11; Friday, March 13; and Saturday, March 14. Evening tours also are being offered March 13. Tour registration is available on the City's website.

While we encourage as many residents to come see the Police Station in person, the City also is offering a virtual tour video available on our YouTube channel.
